Invoice templates — four layouts, all on the free plan

A template is the first thing your client judges. Invoice Spark ships four, and all of them are available without paying — your logo, your colours, no template locked behind a tier.

Short answer

Which invoice templates does Invoice Spark include?

Four — Modern, Minimal, Corporate and Creative — and all four are on the free plan, along with your own logo and accent colour. No layout is reserved for subscribers.

Free-plan exports carry an Invoice Spark watermark on the PDF; Pro at $4.99 a month removes it. You can switch an existing invoice between templates without re-entering anything.

The four templates

TOTAL

Modern

Freelancers, designers, consultants, agencies

A confident header block with your logo, generous spacing and a bold total. Reads well on a phone screen, which matters because most clients open the PDF on their phone.

TOTAL

Minimal

Anyone billing on price alone — trades, tutors, small services

Stripped to the line items and the amount due. Nothing decorative competes with the number the client is looking for, and it prints cleanly in black and white.

TOTAL

Corporate

B2B invoicing, accounts departments, tax-registered businesses

A formal, structured layout with clear space for tax registration numbers, purchase order references and payment terms — the fields an accounts payable team looks for first.

TOTAL

Creative

Photographers, videographers, event and studio work

More personality in the header and colour accents that follow your brand, while keeping the itemised table conventional enough that nobody has to hunt for the total.

Illustrations show layout structure. Install the app to see the full rendering with your own logo and details.

What every template includes

Whichever layout you pick, the invoice carries the fields a client or an accountant expects to find:

Choosing the right one

The template does not change what the invoice is worth, but it does change how quickly it gets paid attention. A reasonable rule of thumb:

Customising without a design tool

Set your logo and business details once in the app and they are filled in on every future document — invoices, estimates and receipts alike. Pick your accent colour and the template applies it consistently across the header, the table and the total. That is the whole customisation flow; there is no template editor to learn.

If you are sending a price before the work rather than a bill after it, the same four layouts are used for estimates and quotations.

FAQ

Template questions

Do Invoice Spark templates add a watermark?
On the free plan the exported PDF carries an Invoice Spark watermark, whichever template you choose. The $4.99 a month Pro subscription removes it, leaving a clean PDF with no app branding and only your logo on it. The templates themselves are identical on both plans.
Are all the templates free?
Yes. All four templates — Modern, Minimal, Corporate and Creative — are available on the free plan, along with your own logo and brand colours. No template is reserved for subscribers; what Pro changes is the watermark and the monthly invoice limit, not which layouts you can use.
Can I add my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo once in your business profile and it appears on every invoice, estimate and receipt automatically. You can also set the accent colour so the document matches your brand.
Can I switch templates after creating an invoice?
Yes. The template is a presentation layer over your data, so you can switch an existing invoice to a different layout and re-export it without retyping anything.
What file format do invoices export as?
PDF. It opens on any phone, laptop or accounting system without formatting shifting around, and it is the format clients and accountants expect. You can share the PDF through WhatsApp, email or any Android app, or print it directly.
